I think that Jordan was right that it is very helpful of Attean to help a stranger. I am with Michael because if he didn't meet the Indians he would eventually starve to death. I agree with Ryan with the fishing rod ,and in the last chapter he made a bow. I think that Attean just wants Matt as a friend and they can be companions like Matt's version of Robinson Crusoe. I think Matt should give Attean a chance he is being very kind to him. I think that Matt should feel bad for the dog because it has had really bad encounters with animals. I think when they are in the woods they bond really well.
