Brock Day 1 I think this book is like Hatchet because they are both trying to live in the wilderness. One of the differences is that Matt was not there on accident but Bryan was there on accident. A similarity is that they are both living in the wilderness. I think this is a really good book and I like it better than Hatchet. What does ruefully mean? I thought it was very nice of Matt to let Ben in and fed him and he steels his father’s rifle. I thought that it was rude. He knew his father always kept his rifle as clean as a spoon metaphor.
